In today’s world, full of divisions and misunderstandings, where religions often become a pretext for conflicts rather than a bridge to mutual understanding, we are pleased to present to you an exceptional book: Jesus in Sufi Books – What Muslims Say About Jesus? by Mehmed Karahodžić, translated by Adam Bolandi from Bosniam language.

As the Polish Muslim Association, we are proud to publish this work, based on the original 2002 edition, which is now available to English speaking readers for the first time in a complete, carefully translated form. Jesus a.s., known in Islam as Isa ibn Maryam, is one of the most revered figures in Al-Qur’an  Prophet, Messiah, and a sign of God’s mercy.

Drawing from the rich Sufi literature, hadiths, and Qur’anic verses, this book portrays Him not only as a miracle-worker and teacher but also as a model of asceticism, humility, and closeness to Allah - One God-The Creator. From the immaculate conception, through miracles such as creating a bird from clay or raising the dead, to stories of His encounters with people and visions of His second coming – each chapter is a treasury of inspiration that may surprise even those familiar with the Gospel.

For readers, raised in the Christian and Jewish tradition, this book offers an opportunity to discover the shared roots of faith. Islam honors Jesus a.s. as a prophet of the One God, and Sufism adds a mystical dimension, reminding us of the universal longing of the soul for the Creator.
