For over 14 years I’ve worked in international corporate environments, including 8 years in IT-driven projects as a Project Manager.
I know how corporate structures work, how promotions are decided, and why talented specialists are sometimes overlooked.
In the last years I combined this experience with professional coaching and psychology education (SWPS University) to help specialists navigate their careers with more confidence and clarity.
My mission is simple:
