It was 2021/2022. I felt completely stuck.
Nothing really made me happy. Everything seemed fine on the outside, but it wasn’t the kind of life I wanted.
I wanted something to change — but I had no idea what.
The truth? I didn’t even know who I was.
Who am I? What do I want?
I HAD NO CLUE.
I tried different courses, techniques, tools. I always needed a game plan. I went to several therapists before I finally found the right one.
I told him, “I need some kind of plan — something I can follow, otherwise I get lost.”
He said:
"Then maybe it's time to create a plan based on everything you've already tried. What worked, what didn’t, and why?"
That’s where it started.
But before I could build that plan, I had to completely shift how I saw myself.
I had to change my thinking, my habits, my inner world.
I’ve always loved meditation and the law of attraction, but nothing really worked — because the real problem was insideme.
Can you reach your destination if you have no idea where you’re even going?
Yeah… not really.
So, I created a plan.
For myself.
And it worked.
But it took a LOT of inner work.
I learned how to look for solutions, not just more problems.
How to face fear and loneliness.
How to quiet my mind when it was spiraling.
And I started seeing the patterns — the things that had to happen for me to finally arrive where I am now.
I always wanted this plan to see the light of day, so I tested it on a few friends first.
Every single one of them transformed their lives.
They gained confidence.
They found motivation.
They finally got the push they needed to take action.
Still, I knew it had to be backed by proper knowledge — so I consulted with several experts in psychology and psychotherapy.
I refined it, tested it again, and now…
