I help foreigners and companies legalize stay and work in Poland – safely, efficiently and without unnecessary stress
My name is Marcin Snarski. I am a Polish lawyer and immigration law expert with over 10 years of experience.
I speak also English, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese.
👉 Since 2015, I have supported companies in employing foreigners — especially highly qualified specialists and their families.
👉 I have led and supervised major immigration projects for several hundred families from Ukraine and Belarus. I understand that behind every application is a real human story.
What I help with:
• consultations on legalization of stay and work in Poland
• work permits and residence permits
• support for companies employing foreigners
• permanent residence permits and Polish citizenship
• education for foreigners and immigration professionals on e.g., new immigration regulations
For over 10 years I have guided individuals and families through the most difficult immigration situations:
✔ cases affected by changes of regulations
✔ job loss and change of employer
✔ residence permit refusals
✔ family reunification and relocation to Poland from other EU countries or the UK
✔ long-term legalization strategies
I have supported hundreds of people who were under serious stress and time pressure. My role is to take the legal burden off your shoulders and give you a clear, safe plan of action.
💼 My professional background includes work at PCS Law Firm (a leader in Polish law firm rankings), up to the position of senior lawyer.
📰 I am the author of publications in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Rzeczpospolita.
⚖️ I co-created the professional guide “Zatrudnienie cudzoziemców” (Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, 2023) and took part in legislative consultations.
🎤 I regularly train professionals and companies in immigration law.
📍 In-person consultations:
In addition to online consultations via Naffy, I offer also offline meetings in Warsaw. The consultations take place in the Bielany district, near Stare Bielany metro station. Please contact me by e-mail to arrange details: marcin.snarski@zapytajmarcina.pl

PS The name "Zapytaj Marcina" (Ask Marcin) is not accidental. For years, other immigration specialists brought their difficult client cases to me. They did this quite often by recommendation of my superiors instructing them to "Ask Marcin". I decided to honor this legacy by choosing "Zapytaj Marcina" as the name of my practice.
